Diverse Unity

Marion High School student Elisha Dewey designed this block which he calls Diverse Unity; the colorful triangles represent students in their diversity coming together to make up a unified student body, represented by the maroon and white triangles, which are the school colors. The block was paid for by a grant from the Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs, in cooperation with the Arts Council of Greater Grand Rapids.
