Pickle Dish

Orient Township is in the southeast corner of Osceola County. In past years, it was home to a wooden bowl factory and a pickle farm. The obvious choice for a quilt block was the traditional Pickle Dish, which is a variation of the Double Wedding Ring. We added the bowl of pickles to give a nod to the history of the area. It can be seen on the southeast corner of M-66 and Three Mile Road.
