Star of the Orient

The barn on the Centennial farm of Jerry and Lynn Mitchell at 814 190th Ave., Hersey, MI is wearing a new coat of paint and this Star of the Orient quilt block. Lynn chose this block because she said it reminded her of the old windmill spinning in the breeze. (Star of the Orient is a Judy Martin design and is used with permission.)

Dear Elsie, Your quilt trail website is SO impressive. The photos & short stories about each quilt square are very nice. Wish our OLAH one was so inviting. We need to liven it up. Do you do your own publishing? Is WordPress a site that you think is “user friendly?”Congratulations on the success of the Osceola County Quilt Trail. Renee

Can you direct me to pattern for Star of the Orient block? Is it possible to paper or foundation piece it?
